Prophet always gift, so when ask, the people already ready to give

5. Laws of strength

People follow those who are strong

Strength, influence, talent, speaking skills

People don't follow weak

If the weak was putting into charge,

The khulafa should be on quraish,

You know the Arabs did not submit to anyone unless they are quraish

If we know we are not strong, we should step aside and give those whom qualify

6. The laws of ducks and the law of eagles

Birds of a feather flock together , the same goes with people

The duck never fly like an eagle

Eagle don't act like duck either

7. Laws of caring

Touch the hearts before asking hand

They care more about result more than the committee

 Prophet treats everybody like he is special

8. Leaders come before vision

People accepts leader before they accept the direction

But they still follow u, intense of the relationship

9. Laws of growth

To grow exponentially lead leaders

Helping them those ego, teach them how to bring up the community
