How to Deal with Negative Emotions 1.  Acknowledge how you feel.  Admit to yourself that you are angry, hurt, bitter, jealous or resentful. Don’t bottle up your negative emotions. Being honest is the first step to changing how you feel. 2.  Don’t start judging and condemning yourself.  You’re not evil or worthless; your emotions are not  you . They simply give an insight into what is going on, and how you feel about different people or events. 3.  Find a healthy way to express how you feel.  You need to find a good way to get them out of your system. Vent, write in your journal, or talk to a friend. It’s better to release them, than to bury, your emotions. 4.  Try and gain an insight into people and events that trigger powerful feelings of negativity . Ask – “What are the beliefs that I attach to these triggers? “And – “Are they realistic and accurate?” Then, work on challenging extreme beliefs so you feel less negative, ...

Feeling so Stress this few days, everything comes in my mind Hate this kind of feeling, u know, such feeling when u feel disconnected with Allah. What i miss is, when the day i received tarbiyyah. At that time, Jiwa basah. to remember Allah But,nowadays, i dont feel so. I urge myself, my innerself. and yet, i am finding myself drown to the dunya. I hate. hate it, Allah, please, please clear my head, my soul. Only and only for U, I dont think i could survive with everything that disturbed me in my solah. Ya Rabbi, Ya Karim, please please. Help me, give me the khusyok in solat. Make me do anything posibble, to be kusyuk in solat. Taufiq and ur Hidayah. in my solah and my daily life. Ya Allah, please, let me have the Mahhabah, Maawaddah, love, miss, u evryday, every seconds in my life. Dont let me astray, o Ya Rabb. maybe i should stop thinking about everyone and focus bout my own problems and maybe i just need a rest from it all

WAJIB BACA -->KEAJAIBAN DI GAZA... beberapa jam yang lalu subhanallah..Allah Akhbar...... Keajaiban di peperangan Gaza Peristiwa 1 Seorang Ketua Mujahid Gaza berkata pada Ustaz Zaik bahawa, ketika satu pertempuran, komander mujahidin menyuruh pejuang tidak menembak kereta kebal Yahudi yang memasuki kawasan mereka. Dengan berbekalkan baki 6 RPG, tiba-tiba senjata ini menembak ke arah kereta kebal tersebut dan memusnahkan ia. Komander itu menjerit agar tidak menembak dan para pejuang berkata mereka tidak melakukannya. Mereka berkata tiba-tiba senjata mereka berfungsi dan menembak sasaran. Setelah habis adegan aneh itu, para pejuang mendapati baki 6 RPG itu masih tidak digunakan! Dan siapakah yang menembak tentera laknatullah itu??? Allahu Akhbar! Peristiwa 2 Temuramah bersama tentera Yahudi laknatullah oleh TV Israel yang cedera mengatakan bahawa mereka melihat pejuang Gaza kesemuanya berpakaian putih sedangakan uniform pejuang Hamas bewarna hijau!
